The rental companies endeavor to provide the exact car you booked, but they CANNOT guarantee a specific model of car (due to a delayed return by another customer or due to damage discovered just before the car is handed over to the new customer). Due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be provided with a similar model of the class of car you booked.

If you hurt other road users or damage someone else's property while you are driving, TPL coverage pays for those costs. TPL coverage is required by law in most countries. TPL does not cause damage to your own rental car. It also doesn't cover theft of the car.

If you are unable to return the car at the scheduled time, please let the rental company know. If you are running late, the manager may be able to pick up the car a little later.

In most cases, rental companies will not refund money if you return the car before the originally agreed upon time.

The minimum age to rent a car from our company is 18 years old.
 

The NVU (national driver's license) is sufficient to rent a car. In case of an accident they are valid for the insurance company where our cars are insured. However, it is recommended that you obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP) due to the increasing number of claims from the Thai traffic police.

Car rental providers cover any potential losses or future costs to the vehicle, such as administrative fees, missing fuel, tickets, fines and deductibles from CDW.
